PAYMENT POLICY: Payment online or via phone is required to guarantee your reservation. If you choose to not pay online, please call the studio at 850.231.0544 to pay by phone.
CANCELLATIONS:
48 hrs or more before class: Receive a credit towards a future class, or a refund minus our $10.00 processing fee. You must call our shop (phone number) to have your request processed.
24 hours or less before class: No refunds or credits will be given.
There will be a $10 processing fee for all refunds issued.
The Shard Shop reserves the right to cancel a class for any reason. Notification of cancellation will be made by phone or email at least one day prior to the start of the class at which time, guests will be offered the option of another class, space permitting, or a full refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Class credit does not guarantee you a spot in a future class, there must be space available, and you must contact us to register.

The Shard Shop strives to provide its guests with a pleasurable creative experience and a resulting project that exceeds their expectations. We do all we can to help guide the process of your ShardWorx creation. The resin process is not an exact science, and teeny tiny objects (like flecks of glitter!) can move/flow when the resin is poured. We view this process as one of the beauties of ShardWorx Art. Because we are providing our customers with an “experience” at The Shard Shop, we do not offer money-back refunds for any reason.
